The Tesco Happy Eating Project

Schools, youth groups and parents are invited to take part in a local fun and free Farm to Fork Trail, to gain hands on experience learning about where food comes from. Tesco believe that if children understand more about food and where it comes from, they can make better decisions about what they put on their plates when they grow up.

The project gives opportunities to explore a Tesco supermarket to understand healthy eating, explore sustainability through the responsible sourcing of food and lean about the food that should be eaten to provide energy for sports and games.  There are lots of online resources so check out  The Tesco Eat Happy Project website.

To book your group onto the project please register here. You can search for your local Tesco store by entering your postcode to see what’s nearby and then requesting a visit. You will be contacted by your local Farm to Fork Trail Guide who will arrange for your group to come into store for a food adventure.
